The PLUR Unity Collective is here to promote Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect through sober community events, harm reduction education, and peer support outreach. We will empower individuals struggling with the tools to reclaim their lives through compassionate community connection, accessible pathways and tools to recoveryâand ultimately a sense that there is a place for everyone; we are all part of this Unity Collective.

Making peace with our self, our past, and each other. Peace isnât just an act, it is a feeling, a place in our hearts that many of us never get to experience and grow, and we believe that Peace is a human right for everyone to pursue.
Founded on the electronic music (EDM) communityâs core principles of PEACE, LOVE, UNITY, and RESPECT, The PLUR Unity Collective is a compassionate, secular nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing lifeâs most difficult challengesâ from depression and mental health crisis, hunger and food shortages, addiction and substance abuse, to the invisible wounds of military service and separation â our Unity Collective believes that healing happens when people come together with understanding, love, and support for one another.
We recognize that depression, financial hardship, addiction, and PTSD donât discriminateâthey affect people from all walks of lifeâand that we all deserve dignity, grace, hope, and a path forward. Part of our mission is to bridge the gap between crisis and recovery by providing accessible resources, peer support networking, and connections to evidence-based treatment options for as many people as possible.
At PLUR Unity Collective, weâre not just another nonprofit organizationâweâre a collective of advocates, survivors, veterans, and a close-knit family of allies who understand that recovery is possible. We create safe spaces where fellow veterans can process trauma without judgementâwith other veterans who have experienced the same trauma; where those battling addiction or substance abuse can find community instead of isolation or fear of retribution, where those in need can find a helping hand, and where healing begins with human connection.
Whether youâre seeking help for yourself, a loved one, or looking to support our cause, PLUR Unity Collective stands ready to walk alongside you.
Recovery isnât a solo journeyâitâs a collective movement towards brighter tomorrows for everyone.

Loving ourselves; loving each other; and just loving LOVE. Loving ourselves enough to take the steps needed to get and stay clean and free from substance abuse; Loving each other enough to show up when there is a need present, and loving each other no matter who you are, what you believe, where youâve been, or where youâre going. We believe in love without limits, boundaries, or expectation.
We show up with compassion, not judgment. PLUR Unity Collective provides life-saving resources, peer support, and harm reduction services that meet people exactly where they are. From hot meals to naloxone, crisis intervention to community connectionâwe treat everyone like family because that’s what you are to us. Your recovery matters, your story matters, and we’re here to walk beside you every step of the way.

We will be present and accessible at community events, festivals, and other gatherings of people where there may be unmonitored and illicit substance abuse to provide Narcan, fentanyl testing strips, and a safe recovery space for those actively suffering to go for non-judgmental, calm, and stoic support from peers that have experienced these types of crisis themselves. We will equip our volunteers, community members, and their loved ones with the tools and education to save lives.

Ultimately we will work towards establishing âPLUR Unity Housesâ that will provide secular food pantry services and resources to our Veterans, homeless, individuals suffering from mental health crisis, and financially burdened families of our community in need. Starting with the Tampa, FL area, we will expand this idea to cover as many outreach services as possibleâ including free sterile needle exchange, counseling services, job placement and application assistance, etcâto as many major cities and communities across the Country as we can.

Our Unity Collective will work with other Non-Profit organizations in the local communities to provide volunteers at food supply centers, free access hot-meal kitchens, homeless shelters, Veteran support events, and other hands-on charitable activity. One person can make a small impact, but a Collective of individuals can truly make a difference.

We will provide access to caring and compassionate counseling services, with a special focus on our Veteran community, through 988Lifeline.org. No matter what challenge youâre facing in lifeâmental health crisis, emotional distress, suicidal ideation, alcohol or substance abuse, or just need someone to talk to in this pivotal momentâ these services are available to you, 24/7/365.

We are here to find and build strength in the collective. Many of us struggle with mental health crisis, addiction and substance abuse issues, financial hardship, depression, etc., and in those dark places, many of us feel alone. The PLUR Unity Collective is here to show you that you are NOT alone. You can make the choice today to be a part of a group of people that have been where you are, understand who you are, and that you are important; you are loved.
We offer a variety of services related to safe spaces. Our aim is to offer a variety of supports to ensure the safety and well-being of these communities.

Help us amplify our message and break the stigmas surrounding situational hardship, mental health, and substance abuse by sharing our mission on social media and contributing to the conversations that break the barriers of isolation that make addiction and mental health so difficult to identify and deter individuals from seeking help.

Your time, experiences, and talents can change lives. Whether you wish to provide community support, facilitate recovery groups, assist with veteran outreach, or wish to be a part of the teams that attend the festivals/events to provide hands on life-saving resources, the Unity Collective has a place for you. Every hour you give helps others take their next steps towards healing. .

Zachary Blair is unique in his position as the founder and visionary that created, with the help and support of his friends and loved ones, the PLUR Unity Collective. As a third-generation entrepreneur, his personal business ventures have blessed him with the opportunity to dedicate his time and resources to something greater, and to personally fund the beginning stages of this organization.
âšWhat makes him unique? He is a recovering-addict, a sexual assault survivor, and an Army veteran diagnosed and honorably separated from military service due to mental illness. He is a loving father, brother, and Husband. He has experienced periods of great financial burden in his life, from early childhood memories of his Mother struggling to find a home for her childrenânot knowing where the next meal would come from or where they would liveâto suffering from drug addiction as an adult and relying on the kindness of the community to support and care for himself. He has seen the darkness and isolation that is so prevalent in this world, especially for those in need, and he wants to help bring out the light, unity, and good in others.
As the child of a broken home, he has in-depth experience with supporting those closest to him in permanent mental health crisis, sexual assault survivors, and abuse victims. Throughout all of the hardships he has faced in his life, and all of the loss he has experienced, he has never lost faith in the one most important foundation to his growth and healing, Love.
